Coordinator (Full Time)
Derma Institute is an award-winning aesthetic training academy that strives for excellence in training on non-surgical, non-invasive facial treatments, such as Botox and dermal fillers. We are currently operating across the UK, Middle East, Australia, and Canada, with plans to continue expanding.
2 x full-time sales/bookings coordinators
Office-based, 5 days a week. Monday – Saturday. You will work every other Saturday with a day off during the week. 8-hour shifts between 9 am and 7 pm.

1 x part time sales/admin coordinator
Office based, 4 days a week. Weds – Saturday. Flexibility to cover on alternative days to suit the business needs.

Duties:
– Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to potential training delegates in a timely manner.
– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
– Effectively communicate, educate and inform all learners on the aesthetic training course of their choice and available course dates.
– Ensure that all company sales invoices and documentation are accurately processed.
– Work with marketing and senior management to help promote the Derma Institute brand.
– Exceed personal/team/company qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
Experience Required:
– Sales and administration experience (3 years in the Aesthetics industry and/or Education preferred).
– Working with weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
– Experience using customer databases (CRM) and IT office applications.
Key Skills:
– Confident with inbound and outbound calls.
– Excellent organisational and planning skills.
– Able to meet sales targets.
– Technical ability to use a range of software and platforms.
– Communication and teamwork.
